About Our Patio Paving
Patio paving covers everything from a brand new patio built from scratch to bringing a tired, mossy existing patio back up to scratch, with proper excavation, a compacted sub-base and a laying course giving a flat, stable surface with the right fall away from the house. We work with natural stone, concrete flags and block paving, each with its own laying method and jointing requirements, and talk through what suits your garden and budget before any digging starts.

What's Included
- Site survey and advice on materials, layout and drainage falls
- New patio construction from excavation through to laying and jointing
- Repairs to cracked, sunken or loose paving slabs
- Jet washing, re-sanding and re-sealing of existing patios
- Re-pointing of failed or eroded mortar joints
- Edging and border work to tie the patio into paths, lawns or borders
How It Works
- 1Initial site visit to look at the ground, existing surfaces and drainage, and discuss what you want from the space
- 2Advice on material options and a written quote covering the scope of work
- 3Agreeing a start date and, where needed, arranging skip or muck-away access
- 4Carrying out the groundwork, laying or cleaning work to the agreed specification
- 5Jointing, pointing or sealing as the final stage, depending on the job
- 6Final walk-round to check falls, finish and tidy up the site before we leave
